I came to cabinets by Nicholas in search for a custom made cabinet doors to cover some open shelving I have in my home. David (designer) worked with me every step of the way to make sure it was a perfect fit & was able to get me a really good price. The doors arrived in about 3 weeks, exactly as ordered. I will be using cabinets by Nichols in the future for other home renovations. David was such a pleasure to work with!

Had a small cabinet made with 2 drawers. Was a little pricey, but expected since it is a custom cabinet. Problem is the bottom drawer is 1/4" off. Left side is 1/4" higher than the right side is on the bottom drawer. Didn't contact them as they already made 2 corrections to it before we were able to bring it home. Didn't have much confidence that they could correct it after the fact. Just glad I wasn't investing in a whole kitchen remake. Just letting you know to be cautious if you use them. UPDATE..I WAS CONTACTED BY THE COMPANY AND THEY CAME ONSITE TO CORRECT AND ADJUST THE CABINET. IMPRESSED THAT THEY REACHED OUT TO ME DUE TO MY REVIEW. MY EARLIER FRUSTRATION CAUSED ME TO NOT CONTACT THEM. ISSUE IS CORRECTED...THANKS! .
